To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that the item inside was damaged when you opened it. This means you must video yourself opening the package to prove it was already damaged.
Please note that we do not accept refunds on PREORDER items. This is to prevent scams and losses as we have to purchase your order.
To start a refund, you can contact us on instagram or at kpopstarsaus@gmail.com . Please note that not all refunds may be awarded, or you may only be eligible for a partial refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kpopstarsaus@gmail.com.
